This 3rd. floor, south-facing apartment is accessible by lift and enjoys a wonderful view over Calahonda and the sea. It is set in sub-tropical gardens with a large swimming pool, including a children’s section.
Our apartment is situated within a prestigious private community, which enjoys peace and quiet on the one hand, while benefiting from the proximity of The Strip (Avenida de Espana) right outside the front gate of the community grounds, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. So you can relax and tank up energy and sun at home, in the gardens or on the beach but eat and drink at night without having to drive.

Calahonda has its own lovely beach with a bar and restaurant, just ten minutes walk from the apartment. However, many beautiful beaches all along the coast are accessible within minutes by car.

Local management is on hand should any problems in the flat arise during your stay!
